Densely packed Asian cities are a photographers dream.
With lack of sufficient building ground, city planners are forced to think vertical and come up with some unique architecture.
Countless apartments with windows facing each other, thousands of people living in the same building without ever actually seeing each other.
The only natural element those windows offer is a look at the ever-changing skies above.
This series is shot during several evenings in Hong Kong and Macau, two cities that consist mostly of high-rise buildings. Millions of people, living on a few densely packed islands.
This gives a unique combination of claustrophobia and fascination when looking up towards the few patches of visible sky.
